Wonderful! Everything was perfect. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Staff is nice. Location is central, well connected with the subway and reasonable distance from main touristic sites. The restaurant of the hotel is also great.
My wife and I stayed overnight at the Malmaison in London last Sunday. She became very ill the morning we were checking out. The staff - especially Blessing - were spectacular. She was kind and understanding allowing us to extend our checkout time. Thankfully, my wife was able to recover enough for us to leave later in day. Forever grateful for the support and generosity we received. The hotel and our room were lovely. It is in an excellent location in London as well - very convenient with the Elisabeth line tube station a short distance away and you’re spoiled for choice regarding eateries, bakeries and coffee shops. We will definitely be returning!
Above and beyond! A huge thank you to Victor and Blessing. My husband and I stayed at the Mal in London on a Sunday evening before the Christmas holiday. The room was lovely and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, I became quite ill early on Monday morning when we were to check out. We were offered a very late check out to accommodate our needs and assured we could stay in the room another night if I was unable to travel. Luckily, I was able to travel by 2:00 pm. The excellent service and kind words that Blessing and Victor offered us made a very challenging situation much easier. The location was fabulous, only a few minutes walk from the Elizabeth Line. The area is especially peaceful at night. Our room overlooked the Charterhouse. Everything you might need including coffee shops and restaurants are only a short walk from the Square. We will definitely return to this Malmaison!
We had a lunch for 26 people at the Barbican Malmaison brasserie. Excellent service from Ahmed and Violetta, who looked after us personally and very efficiently throughout and couldn’t do enough for us to make out occasion smooth and enjoyable. The food was excellent and everyone was pleased with the venue. Many thanks to all involved.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The location made it easy to move around the city. Overall, a great experience.
Location is excellent and the rooms are large for London standard. Not the most quiet as in the morning i could hear the garbage truck. The restaurant is also nice and food was good. Staff was super helpful!
Overall, a very 4-night comfortable stay. Customer service was pleasant. Room was clean, functional and comfy. Wi-fi was strong and no problems. Enjoyed the complimentary water. Location is okay and near tube stations to get around the city. Lost a star because of the late night loudness. Woken up every day at 0500 as someone was messing with the rubbish bins, and also housekeeping getting ready for the day. Also, HVAC system is very loud and the little radiator didn't quite keep me warm on the cold winter nights. Other than that, hotel very quiet. Restaurant was okay, but plenty of eateries nearby.
This hotel has the best location!!! The hotel is just a few stops from all the sights and is beautifully centrally located. The perfect location is that it's situated next to a small park, so there's no disturbance or noise from the busy city. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful! We had a truly fantastic experience! I highly recommend this hotel and will book it again when I return to London!
